House Raided

On Friday, March 7, at approximately 6 p.m., officers raided 2017 Indianapolis Blvd. Residents of that address arrested were Hector L Delgado, Richard A Cruz, and Michelle B Diringer. Officers recovered 24 packages of marijuana and $1300 cash.

Delgado, age 32, was arrested for Dealing Marijuana within 1000 ft. of a Public Park, PC Possession of Marijuana, and PC Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Cruz, age 18, was arrested on two counts of PC Dealing in Marijuana and PC Maintaining a Common Nuisance. Diringer, age 36, was arrested for PC Dealing in Marijuana, PC Possession of Marijuana and Maintaining a Common Nuisance.

The subjects were transported to WPD pending transport to Lake County Jail.
