Man with Warrant Arrested

Tuesday, January 13, 2009

On January 8, Officers were detailed to investigate a motor vehicle in the 1600 block of LaPorte Avenue. The car was running with a subject sleeping inside. K-9 Officer Sgt. Hale arrested Lester Longstreet of 7133 Delaware, Hammond, on warrants out of Lafayette, IN. Subject was transported to WPD pending transport to Lake Co Jail, pending extradition to Lafayette.
