Alert: Robberies in Garages

Please be advised that neighboring communities have reported a recent outbreak of robberies occuring inside garages. In each case, a woman parking her car was robbed by one or two black males who snuck in under the garage door as it was being closed.

The most recent of these events occurred this morning (October 18) on the Hammond side of the 2100 Atchison block. Please take due precaution and be aware of your surroundings as you park your car.
