Man's body found on Lakefront (Updated)

Update:  The Corner's office has determined that the victim's cause of death was drowning and that there was no visible signs of trauma.  The victim has been identified as James Sanchez, 19, of the 1500 block of 121st Street in Whiting.  Toxicology tests are expected to be completed later this week.

The body of a young man was found on the Lakefront between the Whihala boat launch and the fishing pier on Saturday morning.  There are was no signs of foul play but the investigation is still in progress.  An update will be posted after the investigation is complete.
