Whiting Police Make Several Car Stereo Theft Arrests

Whiting detectives arrested four men wanted on warrants for a string of Whiting, Hammond and Highland car stereo thefts.  The men arrested are Hugh Franklin Struss, age 18 of 1441 John Street in Whiting, Michael C. Nieto, age 20 of 2334 Birch Whiting, Kyle E. Revis, age 18 of 6829 Woodmar in Hammond and Daniel D. Shively, age 18 of 6829 Woodmar, Hammond. All are being held in the Whiting jail pending transport to Lake County Jail. Nieto, Revis and Shively are being held on $3000.00 dollar bond and Struss is being held without bond. Detectives from all agencies are still continuing to investigate.
