Food Pantry

There are two food pantries available to those in need in our community. Both are open at the same time and on the same day. They are the Church of the Nazarene located at 1046 - 119th Street and the City of Whiting at 1443 - 119th Street. Both food pantries are open the first and third Fridays of each month. City Hall's is open from 9am to 11am and again from 1pm to 3pm. The Church pantry is only open from 9am to Noon. City Hall's pantry is located in the basement floor of City Hall at 1443- 119th Street. For the City Hall pantry you need to bring proof of income and residency. Donations may be made any time Monday thru Friday by bringing your items to the Water Department on the first floor of City Hall.
