Lake Front Commons Development

Whiting's newest development is well under way. Lake-Park Development is planning on a development of 160 new homes. These new homes will include town homes, single family units, condominiums as well as a unit for independent senior living. All units will be within a 5 minute walk of Lake Michigan and Whiting's beautiful Lakefront Park. Many will have views of the lake itself. Units start at $200,000.
