Food Pantry
The Whiting/Robertsdale Food Pantry is the only Food Pantry currently open within the city. Our new location is 1717 LaPorte Ave., on the Sacred Heart Church Campus. The Food Pantry is open the first and third Fridays of each month from 8:30 am to 2 pm. The Food Pantry is located in-between the Sacred Heart School and House. Park in the parking lot, walk out to LaPorte Ave., turn left and walk past the house, and use the White Door on your left to enter the Food Pantry.
A patron must qualify before registering. To check qualifications, all new potential patrons must provide the following:
- A current picture ID;
- Proof of income, for all household members over the age of 18 years (we use the same guideline as the SNAP program);
- Proof of residency (e.g. utility bill or bank statement). Proof of residency must match your ID.
