911 Call (5-18-15)

Dispatch received a 911 call in reference to a 5-7 black males writing in the newly poured concrete at the park.  The subjects are now on the concrete stairs in the park.  Sgt. Butler and Ofc. Wright spoke with the subject who denied that they had written in the concrete.  Ofc. Wright reported several names and marks on the top and bottom landings.
