Animal Complaint (11-24-13)

A resident in the 2000 block of Schrage Avenue requested officers at the residence to do a animal complainant. Officers spoke with the complainant who reported that a female in a black coat was walking two dogs down the alley. One dog was on a leash and the other was not. The dog that was not on a leash bit her dog through the fence causing a scratch to her dogs nose. The Animal Warden was notified and will handle.
