Apartment Break In (8-12-15)

A resident in the 1900 block of New York Avenue reported to the Whiting PD that the brother of one of his tenants keeps breaking into one of his apartments.  The complainant reported that they had moved out of Saturday.  The complainant reported that the brother was seen wearing an orange shirt and a red bulls jersey with the number 5 on it.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
