Argument with Neighbor (5-6-14)

A resident in the 1500 block of John Street reported that he had received a call from his roommate that he had gotten into an argument with the neighbor over the dogs and he then shot him.  All units were detailed and he spoke with the roommate and officers confirmed that there was an argument but no one was shot.
