Lt. Abner arrested Tina J Prenata of 1427 Myrtle Avenue, Whiting, IN in the 1600 block of Central Avenue on a warrant out of Lake County for FTA from Small Claims Court.  She was transported to the Whiting PD and booked and then transported to the Lake County Jail.
