Sgt. Allard and Sgt. Butler arrested Javier Olivarez of 102 Shults Street, Fulton, MO while at Game Time on a warrant out of East Chicago, IN.  The warrant was confirmed by East Chicago and the subject was transported to the Whiting PD pending pick up from East Chicago.
