Sgt. Cooper arrested Robert Snow of 6319 Grand Avenue, Hammond, IN on a warrant out of City Court.  The subject was turned over to Sgt. Cooper from Hammond PD who has stopped the subject.  The subject was placed in lock up pending bond.
