Sgt. Allard radioed in that he just had a motorcycle flee from him and is heading towards Front Street at the Park.  The driver was wearing a green sweatshirt and black pants.  The motorcycle had no state plates on it.  Officers are out at the home in the 1400 block of Ohio Avenue where they believe the motorcycle came from.  Ofc. Prevatte located the subject matching the description in the area of Ohio and Central Avenue.  Officers arrested Frank R Lenart of 1457 Ohio Avenue, Whiting, IN for Wrong Way on a One Way, No Registration Plate, and Resisting Law Enforcement.  He was transported to the Whiting PD and booked and taken to City Court.
