Capt. McNinch arrested Duane G Bayless of 2532 Schrage Avenue, Whiting, IN for Driving While Suspended (Prior) at the Whiting PD for the Hit and Run accident in the 2500 block of Schrage Avenue.  The subject was booked and released on a $250.00 cash bond.
