Sgt. Butler and Stelow arrested Scot R Anderson of 1115 W 149th Street, East Chicago, IN at Center Street and 119th Street on a Felony Warrant out of Lake County.  The subject had other outstanding warrants.  He was transported to the Whiting PD and placed in lock up pending transport to the Lake County Jail.
