Whiting PD was detailed to the area of Indianapolis Blvd and Community court to a report of two subjects sleeping in a car in the traffic lane.  Sgt. Hale reports a pursuit heading south on Indianapolis Blvd.  East Chicago PD was advised.  Officers stopped the car in the 2000 block of Indianapolis Blvd..  Officers arrested Craig Chandler of 4856 McCook, East Chicago, IN for Driving Left of Center when not permitted, Operator Never Licensed, and Operating while Intoxicated.  He was transported to the Whiting PD pending bond and sobriety.  Vehicle towed by Air One Towing.
