Arrest – Animals Running Loose (9-1-14)

Sgt. Allard arrested Jeovani Martinez of 1525 – 121st Street, Whiting, IN for two counts of Animals Running Loose.  WPD received complaints of the animals running loose in the area of the 1500 block of 121st Street.
