Arrest – Battery and Possession of a Handgun (3-24-15)

Lt. Abner and Sgt. Stelow arrested Nichalos Watkins of 1844 Pennsylvania Avenue, Whiting, IN on a warrant out of Whiting City Court for Battery and for Possession of a Handgun without a license within 500 feet of a school, a Level 5 Felony.  He was transported to Whiting PD booked and placed in lock up pending transport to the Lake County Jail.
