Sgt. Cooper arrested Loneisha Ransberry of 2242 White Oak Avenue, Whiting, IN on a warrant out of Whiting City Court for Failure to Appear.  She was released from the Lake County Jail.  She was released from the Whiting PD after posting an $800.00 cash bail.
