Sgt. Allard arrested at 119th Street and Ohio Avenue Jamie M. Deleon of 1737 – 119th Street, Whiting, IN on a warrant out of Whiting City Court for FTA/Disorderly Conduct. The subject was transported to the Whiting PD pending bond or transport to the Lake County Jail.
