Assisting HPD (4-25-14)

Lt. Tobias assisted Hammond PD in the 1500 block of Roberts Avenue with a reported runaway from Chicago, IL.  The runaway was to be at that address from his sister.  The missing person was to be involved in a shooting in Chicago, IL.  Officers checked the area with negative results, but was said to have been there earlier.  Officers also checked the area of the 120 block of W Fred Street also for the subject but negative results there also.
