Attempted Break In (8-5-14)

A resident in the 1500 block of Center Street reported that a thin young Hispanic male subject attempted to gain entry into his property.  The complainant reported that the subject tried the window and then the door.  The subject was last seen walking near the lot that is under construction.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
