Attempted Garage Break In (4-2-14)

A resident in the 1600 block of Center Street reported that a subject took off running towards 119th Street when he approached him in the alley.  The complainant reported that he possibly was attempting to get into a garage.  The subject was wearing blue jeans and a gray hoodie.  Officers checked the area with negative results.
