Bike Theft (3-20-15)

A resident in the 2100 block of Schrage Avenue reported that her Black Mongoose with Purple Stripes was stolen from the side of the New Life Christian Church.  The complainant reported that she went to the 2000 block of Indianapolis Blvd to contact the Whiting PD about the theft.  Officers reported that the complainant was under the influence of some type of unknown substance and was not sure if the bike was stolen and possibly could have happened last year.
