Break In and Vandalism (5-6-14)

An employee from Mortgage Specialists called the Whiting PD to report a theft in the 2000 block of Davidson Place.  Officers spoke with a subject who advised he was informed by Bank officials that the building had been broken into.  Officers observed damage to the kitchen and bathroom, water heater is missing, iron furnace missing along with a  copper pipe.  Officers reported that there were no signs of forced entry to the building.
