Complaint of a Neighbor Doing Drugs (6-10-15)

A female walked into the lobby of the Whiting PD and advised dispatch that a neighbor in a unknown back apartment in the 1700 block of Center Street is doing drugs in her bathroom and is being loud.  Dispatch reported that the female walked out of the station before any other information could be gathered.
