Concerned Resident (4-6-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Standard Avenue reported that her neighbors are throwing weeds, shrubbery, and trees in the empty lot next to her garbage cans.  The complainant does not know their name but they have a large orange truck in their backyard.  Officers checked the area and it appears that the city will pick up the items.
