Criminal Mischief (7-26-15)

Sgt. Cooper requested assistance at the Whiting PD in reference to the prisoner Yuratovac.  Sgt. Cooper arrested same for Criminal Mischief after she destroyed all the plumbing to the sink in the cell.  Prisoner moved to another cell.
