Criminal Mischief (7-8-15)

A resident in the 1400 block of Fischrupp Avenue reported that she left her house at 1430 hours and when she returned home she noticed that the rear window was broken out.  She was advised to wait in the alley with her neighbor until police arrive.  Officers checked the house and found it to be clear.  Officers spoke with a witness in the area.  At 1556 hrs. Officers arrested Christian J Guerra of 1428 Fischrupp Avenue, Whiting, IN for Criminal Mischief.  He was transported to the Whiting PD and placed in lock up.
