Whiting PD was detailed t the area of White Oak Avenue and Steiber Street in reference to yelling and screaming going on.  Officers spoke with a resident from the 2100 block of Schrage Avenue who reported that she was walking her dog and when she walked past a house also in the 2100 block of Schrage Avenue a dog attacked her dog.  Officers reported no bite marks on the complainants dog.
