Disturbance (5-9-15)

A female caller dialed 911 in reference to a disturbance in the basement apartment in the 1500 block of Fischrupp Avenue.  The caller stated that a male subject hit his father and a female subject was screaming.  Officers arrested Michael A Mengon of 1523 Fischrupp Avenue, Whiting, IN for Disorderly Conduct, Battery and Resisting Arrest.  Also arrested was Sere N Shultz of 1523 Fischrupp Avenue, Whiting, IN for Battery to Law Enforcement and Disorderly Conduct.  Both were transported to the Whiting PD and transported to the Lake County Jail.
