Failure to Respond to a Summons (10-6-14)

Detective Sgt. Stelow arrested Juan Gutierrez of 1941 Connecticut Street, Gary, IN on a warrant out of Whiting City Court for failure to respond to a summons.  He was transported to the Whiting PD from East Chicago PD.
