Ofc. Stribiak, Munster PD was working the Pierogi Fest and reported a fight brewing in front of Deals Store at 1410 – 119th Street.  All units were dispatched to the area.  Sgt. Hale arrested Michael P Chapa of 227 E 21st Street, Chicago, IL for Disorderly Conduct at the White Castle lot.  He was transported to the Whiting PD pending bond.
