A resident from Pelham, Alabama called the WPD to report that at one time he was a resident of Robertsdale or Whiting and he has just learned that persons unknown found one of his old check books.  The complainant reported that they are making purchases on a closed account.  He requested that it be documented and he is concerned that it will come back to him as making false purchases.  He was advised to contact his local PD also.
