Graffiti (1-16-15)

A resident in the 1500 block of 121st Street reported that she needed to speak with an officer about graffiti on her garage.  Car 40 was detailed and Sgt. Cooper spoke with the resident.  The officer reported that this is old graffiti that was cleaned off at one time and the home owner does not remember.
