Hammond PD Requests Assistance (11-2-14)

Hammond PD requests assistance again in the 2700 block of New York Avenue.  Hammond advised that a juvenile from that address was heading towards the 2800 block of New York Avenue.  Officers advised that Hammond PD handled.
