Hammond PD Requests Assistance (11-5-14)

Hammond PD requests assistance in the 1100 block of Benedict Avenue in reference to a resident reporting an unknown female sitting on her porch smoking a cigarette.  Hammond advised that they had no officer available at that time.  Officers reported the female was gone from the area when they arrived.
