Hammond PD requests assistance at Arnie’s Dog House located at 1503 Indianapolis Blvd. in reference to four suspicious subjects, 3 White males and 1 Hispanic male walking in and out of the business. The complainant was unsure of their attentions. Officers reported that Hammond PD handled.
