Hammond PD Requests Assistance (3-22-14)

Hammond PD requests assistance in looking for a Tan Nissan in the 1000 block of Myrtle Avenue with a possible intoxicated driver.  Sgt. Hale located the vehicle and spoke with the driver.  Officers reported that the driver was not intoxicated just a lack of sleep.
