Hammond PD Requests Assistance (6-30-15)

Hammond PD requests assistance in the 900 block of Reese Avenue in reference to a male subject wearing all dark clothing walking up and down the street.  Officers were dispatched to the area and reported negative results.  Hammond PD advised.
