Hammond PD Requests Assistance (7-15-15)

Hammond PD requests assistance in the area of Pearl and Indianapolis Blvd. for a female crying in a car.  Officers were detailed to the scene and reported that the vehicle in question was GOA.  Info was turned over to Hammond PD.
