Hammond PD Requests Assistance (7-18-15)

Hammond PD requests assistance at the Casino Center with a subject slumped over the wheel in a white SUV.  Officers reported the vehicle in question was GOA.  Hammond PD advised and they called back to advise that the vehicle was at 18th and Indianapolis Blvd.  Officers reported that Hammond PD handled.
