Hammond PD Requests Assistance (7-19-15)

Hammond PD requests assistance in the 1100 block of Indianapolis Blvd. in the parking lot of Spot Liquors.  A report of a disturbance with six people in a black vehicle.  Officers reported the vehicle was gone upon their arrival.
