Intoxicated Male (8-9-14)

Hammond PD reported an intoxicated male subject in the 1200 block of 121st Street attempting to take his kids.  Officers requested a warrant check on the female who came back clear and Hammond PD arrested Robert L Ly of 1205 – 121st Street, Whiting, IN on a warrant out of Hammond.
