Intoxicated Subject (5-6-15)

Officers were dispatched to the area of the American Legion in reference to a female possibly intoxicated sitting on a orange chair drinking and waiting for the food pantry to open.  Officers spoke with the female from the 1900 block of Clark Street and was sent on her way.
