Juvenile Beating Drum (8-11-14)

A resident in the 1700 block of Atchison Avenue, Hammond side, reported that there is a juvenile outside in the 1700 block of Atchison Avenue on the Whiting side beating on a drum for over an hour.  Officers spoke with a seven year old boy and his 10 year old friend and advised them to stop.
