Kids Left in Running Vehicle (8-12-15)

Whiting PD was detailed to Walgreens parking lot in one of the handicap spots was reported a black Envoy with three children in it and the driver went inside and left the vehicle running.  Officers located the owner and spoke with her about leaving children in a car with the motor running.
